Cynrae Food Products will not disclose any personal information about customers to third party businesses or other organizations.
Our products and decorations are handmade and we are unable to guarantee a nut-free environment
Placing your order
Due to demand for our products, our order book gets filled very quickly. Large orders and bespoke orders require as much notice as possible. In order to be able to give you the best service possible please try to place your inquiry or order as soon as you can.
The goods we sell are edible and baked to order and we are unable to accept returns. However, in the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are of an unsatisfactory quality, a refund or a replacement order to the same value will be given. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the condition or quality of your order upon their arrival please contact us immediately.
Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging no later than 5 days from date of receipt.
Payment
Payment is required as confirmation of your order and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed.
Payment can be made by check / online bank transfer or
50% down payment upon a scheduled meet up then 50% upon delivery.
Cancellations
We request that any cancellation/order amendment is submitted, in writing, by the customer. If you need to change your order
details or cancel it completely please contact us as far in advance as possible.
Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total.
Orders cancelled after this period will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund, although refunds may still be given at Cynrae Food Products’s discretion.
For wedding or corporate event orders of 5000php or more, customers may cancel their order up to 4 weeks before the event and a full refund will be issued.
However, orders cancelled after this period within 7 days of delivery/collection will not be issued a refund
Deliveries
All deliveries are undertaken by Cynrae Food Products.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order. If there is no-one on hand to accept delivery we will leave the goods with an alternative recipient suggested by the customer, but Cynrae Food Products cannot accept responsibility for
the condition of the goods.
Due to the freshness of our products, we are unable to make arrangements for re-delivery and they will be left at the address you have given us.
